How to add an Intro/Outro in both Trimmer and Context Editor

You probably know by now that you can create tens of content pieces out of your potato very fast by simply dragging and dropping on the audio timeline.
If you would like to know how to get the most out of the ContentFries Trimmer, follow this guide: https://youtu.be/Sthu-OaVOlQ

Good news is you can also add an intro and an outro in just few clicks—both in Trimmer and in Context Editor.

The optional, but recommended requirement is that your intro, outro or CTA should have the same aspect ratio as your video or the applied context. In case it doesn't meet this requirement, these video injections will be automatically resized with added black padding.

How to add an intro or an outro to all content pieces in the Trimmer

You can set your intro by clicking on the "Intro" button in the rightmost side panel.

Select your intro from your library or upload a new video.

Add an existing intro or upload one

Once done, your intro will be automatically injected at the start of every new content piece.

If you would like to add an outro, click on the "Outro" button in the rightmost side panel and proceed the same way as when adding an intro.

If everything is done correctly, you will see a green dot right next to the Intro / Outro label. This shows you that you have an active Intro / Outro in place and that it will be injected into every new content piece by default.

Appended intro and outro

PLEASE NOTE: Your intro / outro will NOT be played during playback in the Trimmer. Instead, it will be appended into the final content piece.

How to add an intro or an outro to all content pieces in the Context Editor

The workflow is generally the same as in Trimmer.

Click on the "Video Injections" button in the rightmost side panel. Upload your intro (you can skip this step if you already uploaded one) by clicking on "Intro" button and by clicking on "Upload" button afterwards. Once done, you can upload your Intro from your computer, Google Drive, Dropbox or via Youtube or direct link.

Uploading a new Intro

Once your intro has been uploaded, you can now append it to your video by clicking on "Videos" instead of "Upload" and choosing it by clicking on "Choose". Make sure "Intro" button is highlighted the whole time!

Adding an Intro

Done!

If you would like to add an outro, click on the "Outro" button in the rightmost side panel and proceed the same way as when adding an intro.
