More often than not, the videos you upload will need to be encoded.
Why is my video appearing as a black screen?
Browser support for video files is limited. For example, various browsers are unable to play .mov files recorded by iPhone or iPad.
ContentFries will automatically encode these videos for no extra charge.

You can manually adjust timings of your captions just by drag and drop on the captions timeline.

After you upload your video, chances are you've chosen a context that's 1080x1080.
Therefore your video is 1080x607 (landscape) or 607x1080 (portrait).

Keep the aspect ratio lock turned on.

Choose any text by clicking on it or choosing it in the layers section, as shown in the following picture:

Let's say you created a content piece, you chosen the Facebook and Instagram context, and you want to add an additional YouTube context.

There are two ways to modify captions settings: individually and globally.
Global settings dictate the look of all captions, such as color, font, size, position, etc., while with individual caption settings you can change a color of any individual caption—note that it overrides the global settings.
